East London home education
An online school run from Newham, E13
Growing Roots Academy is a London-based online school for home-educated children in Years 1 to 11. Our office is on Plashet Road, and every lesson is taught live online, so families across East London and beyond learn with the same teachers from home.
Please note: all classes happen online. Our office is not open for drop-in visits.
Live lessons, not videos
Subject teachers teach KS1, KS2, KS3 and GCSE live on screen.
Small groups
Children talk, answer and work together with their class.
